It consists of 7 spacious bedrooms (6 double and 1 single), all with en-suite bathrooms plus 1 guest WC and can accommodate up to 13 guests. The bedrooms are split into the 3 different levels of the main villa, along with the main living room with ceiling projector and deco fireplace. A fully equipped open plan kitchen, a dining area for up to 10 persons, the guest WC and the secondary living room are featured on the ground and the lower level of the property. At the outdoor area are situated the 75m2 infinity pool, 2 more dining areas for up to 14 guests and BBQ. Highlight of the villa Icarus is the wellness area (outside of the main house) with gym and sauna, from which great sea views are gained.
