On the entrance floor is the main living room, which, through its balcony doors, leads to the pool, the balcony and the exterior dining area.The interior dining area is also located on this floor, next to the fully equipped kitchen. Two out of the five bedrooms are also on this floor, along with a large bathroom extending in two areas and equipped with a bathtub.The master bedroom and another two double rooms are found on the first floor, offering great sea views.In the pool area, apart from the swimming pool (12m by 6m) which is surrounded by built-in sofas and sun loungers, there is the outdoor dining area with BBQ and a seating area, all shaded under a pergola.In addition to the main villa, there are two guesthouses located around the pool area, both equipped with a fridge, en-suite bathrooms and private living room.
